TEDDY FARSON Teddy V. Farson, 81, passed away Feb. 15, 2014, in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 5, 1932, in Oakland, Calif. He was a resident of Pahrump for 10 years, coming from Las Vegas. Ted had been a member of the U.S. Army for 30 years, and was a member of the Elks, The VFW, The DAV, The Vegas Hobos, and the Las Vegas Cactus Bandit Camping Groups. He loved to play Poker, worked as a surveilance officer for many casinos in Las Vegas, and was a businessman in Las Vegas. Ted is preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Lloyd; son, Greg Farson; and grandson Michael Lloyd. He is survived by his wife, Marian of Pahrump; daughters: Tedi Farson of Las Vegas; Elaine Tabony of Carson, Calif; and Elysa Miller of Little Rock, Ark.; sons: Tim Farson of Apple Valley, Calif.; James Farson and Brian Farson of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Keith Allen of Pahrump. He also has 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will held 1:00 p.m., March 8, at the Elks Lodge, 2220 E. Basin Rd., Pahrump.
