JAMES ROBERT EARLE James Robert Earle, 83, was born in Trenton, MO on March 2, 1933, and passed away Nov. 13, 2016. He grew up in Missouri where he almost lost his arm at 12 yrs. old in an accident. He also grew up in Santa Monica, Calif., and Seattle, Wash. Survived by the love of his life and wife of 22 years, Erlinda Earle, his three children: Shawn Earle, Rory Earle, and Lori Earle and his seven beautiful grandchildren: Branden Earle, Ian Earle, Tyler Earle, Karina Chavarry, Michelean Wejbe, Angelean Wejbe, and Jolean Wejbe. His beautiful Red Heeler/Husky mix dog Winston, his companion, preceded James in death. He graduated from Highline High School in Burien, Wash., in 1952, where he was part of the baseball team, track team, Choir, Camera Club, and school newspaper. He joined the U.S. Naval Reserves in 1952. Later, in 1952, he enlisted in the Air Force/Reserves and was sent to Korea joining the B-26 Squadron as a Radar Operator until 1960. He was in the Naval Reserves 1977-93. He possessed a Bachelors Of Arts degree in Art, from CSUN University, Northridge, Calif., in 1976. He was a Designer Engineer/Drasftsman for companies such as Litton, Hughes, and Northrop, 1961-85, and spent a short amount of time working in Kuwait, 1979. He opened a restaurant, Chateau Canard, and owned a limo business, 1985-91. James participated in the Indian Guides, Boy Scouts (National Jamboree 1973), and Sea Explorers with his children. His hobbies and passions: tuna fishing in Baja California, sailing, traveling, swimming, poetry, painting, drawing, and volunteering for the Republican Party. In honor of his life, services will be held Nov. 28, at 11 am at the Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Rd. in Pahrump, Nev. Additional services/burial will occur at Old North Church, Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Calif. on Dec. 1, 2016, at 2:30 pm. We will love him always.
