MABLE ROSE SANDALL Mable Rose Sandall passed away March 23, 2017 at home in Pahrump. She was born June 5, 1920 in Pine Lake, Alberta, Canada and moved from Canada to the U.S. as a young girl. She lived in Idaho, Utah and Oregon before moving to southern Nevada in 2005. She was preceded in death by former husband, Andrew J. Sorensen II; husbands Franklin J. Ferguson and Leo D. Sandall; daughter, Anita Jean Griffin; son, Arthur D. Sorensen; sister, Elva M. Ward; brothers Lauchie A. Orr and Earl G. Orr. She is survived by sons, Andrew J. Sorensen III of Calif., Danny L. (Ann) Ferguson of Fla.; sons-in-law Morgan Lynn of Nev. and Earl Griffin of Nev.; a sister, Bertha B. Smith of Utah; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchilden. Mable's life was filled with service and caring for her family, friends, church and community. She enjoyed league bowling and competitive pistol sharp shooting. She was an officer of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, and of local Search and Rescue. Mable was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Homestead Ward. A graveside Celebration of Life will be held on Sat., April 1, 2017 at noon at Amargosa Desert Memorial Cemetery, 821 E. Amargosa Farm Rd, Amargosa.
