MARJORIE FERN ENDRES December 30, 1919-September 29, 2016. Born in Missouri on a farm with three brothers: Leo, Leonard and Frank; her mom, Hazel Hamilton and dad, John Gaston. She left at 17 to move to Chicago where she worked in the steel mill. She met and married Elmore Zimmerman, and they raised their faimily of two girls: Tricia and Barbara, in Elmhurst, Ill. Elmore passed away in 1965. Marjorie went back to work at Stouffers, where she worked many years. In 1969, Marjorie married Robert Endres who had one daughter, Peggy Endres. Robert and Marjorie moved to Pahrump in 1979 after Robert retired. Marjorie was a substitute teacher for over 18 years in Pahrump and was well known at the library for the many books she borrowed and donated. Marjorie loved visiting with family and friends, needlework and readding. She is pre-deceased by both of her husbands: Elmore and Robert, and by her daughter Tricia Zimmerman. She is survived by her two daughers: Barbara Suter and Peggy Endres; her grandchildren: Joshua Mullins, Jessica Mullins, Heidi (husband Brian and children, Simone and Olivia) Brecht; Heather (Joe) Ayala and Troy Hoenisch; her son-in-law, John Suter; and her sister-in-law, Carole Packard. She passed away peacefully at her daughter Barbara and John's home in Colorado. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her and whom she loved. She was such a strong, brave, and independent girl and woman all of her life. May she rest in God's arms and be granted eternal peace.
