ROBYN LYN GLADD Obituary
ROBYN LYN GLADD God saw you getting tired and a Cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me." Robyn Lyn Gladd, 43 of Pahrump, left to be with her Lord and Savior on October 10, 2017. Robyn was born March 14, 1974 in Albuquerque, N.M. to Don & Ruby Bristow. Although she lived in many places, she considered herself a Texan and was a true Dallas Cowboys fan. Robyn was a gallant warrior in the fight against cancer. She eventually lost her lengthy battle with this horrible disease, but not without inspiring many along the way. Robyn loved her friends and family, but most of all, Robyn loved the Lord. She absolutely radiated with her love of the bible and loved to share that love with any willing ear. You could not have met her and not been touched by her in some way. Her sense of humor, love of lipstick, devotion to her family and amazing work ethic are all going to be missed. Left behind to miss her terribly are her husband and love of her life, Brian Gladd; a daughter, Meghan McDermott; and a son, Braydon Gladd. She also leaves her mom, Ruby Bristow; sisters, Audra (Shane) Rorick, Melisa (Michael) Hutchins; and a brother, Darrell (Kathy) Bristow; an aunt; two uncles; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, along with anybody else that knew her. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and her dad. Instead of a funeral, the family will be having a Celebration of Life from noon to three on Saturday at Choice Hills Baptist Church. Please come and share a good memory of Robyn and how she touched your life, made you laugh or just made you feel. A GoFundMe page has been established for the family to help cover the numerous medical bills and funeral cost.
