LARRY LEE LOVING On June 11, 2019, at 5:20 AM, as the new day dawned toward the time Larry would normally have gone to work, with his loving wife Jody by his side, he slipped peacefully into the next phase of life after a short fight with cancer. Larry was born July 13, 1962 to Geri and Jimmy Loving in Bakersfield, Calif. He is survived by the love of his life and wife, Jody; his mother, Geri; five children, Amanda (Jason) Toalson, Melinda (Dave) Donaghy, Christopher (Dorothy) Loving, Russell Donaghy and Jennifer Green; five grandchildren; two sisters, Sandi and Cheryl; and many nieces and nephews. The joys of his life were camping near the sea and in the mountains with his family, building street rods, teaching his grandchildren to build things, and he was a great barbecue cook. Every family event was better with him present. Larry was an entrepreneur from the age of 14 when he began a yard maintenance business which culminated into the well respected and sought after Kern Maintenance in Bakersfield, Calif. While working for the Nye County School District from 1983-1999, Larry remodeled and refurbished many Tonopah homes in his spare time. Customers, family and friends knew him to be talented, honest and forthright. He was respected and valued by those who knew him and will be missed by all. Services are not scheduled at this time.
