LISA MARIE SCHNEIBEL Lisa Marie Schneibel, 56, of Pahrump, passed away August 8, 2019. Lisa was born October 10, 1962 in St. Paul, Minn. She and her life partner, of 39 years, Ed Bannie, moved to Pahrump in 2005. They had previously lived in St. Paul and Brandon, Minn. In St. Paul, Lisa worked at the County Hospital and the Welfare Dept. as a financial case worker. In the mid 90's, Lisa & Ed moved to Brandon where they had a lakeside home. For ten years in Brandon, Lisa was the owner of DLP Products, a vinyl window replacement business. In Pahrump, Lisa was the owner of Desert Snow, "SNOWIE", Shaved Ice since 2006 and was active at all festivals, rodeos, Movies in the Park, Wild West Days, and many more. Lisa was an active, outdoors person, a member of Ducks Unlimited and the NRA. She loved fishing and waterfowl hunting. She had her own boat, motor & trailer and fished many of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes. She made yearly trips to Saskatchewan, Canada with Ed to hunt ducks & geese. Lisa was an avid hockey fan and was a season ticket holder to Minnesota's team, and she never missed a Viking game. In Pahrump, she enjoyed playing golf with her friends and was a regular at the sports book, betting horses and football. Lisa is survived by Ed Bannie of Pahrump; her parents, Sig & Ila Schneibel of Mora, Minn.; special aunt and God mother, Alice (Don) DeVaughn of Mora, Minn.; sisters, Teri Jo, Miah (Josh) Owens of Minn.; brother, Jim Wilkerson of California; nieces, Kaelyn and Katie, and nephew, Dayne; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ed's family includes daughters, Marissa (Bill) O'Neill, Genevieve (Philip) Mancus, Michele (Tom) Ernst, Amy (Daryl) Knighton; grandchildren, Joselle, Eleanor, Christina, April, Zachary, Basil, Maxwell; and five great-grandchildren. Special friends in Pahrump: Mike & Mary, Jim & Karen, Brian & Lisa, Robin, Heather, Eury, Tony, Hal, Steve, and many more. A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 8 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Golden Nugget Event Center. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate Lisa's life.
