PAULINE R. MARCUM Pauline R. Marcum, 90. of Pahrump passed away Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018 at Desert View Hospital in Pahrump. She was born Dec. 2, 1927 in Plentywood, Montana. She married Edwin Marcum in Detroit, Mich. on Sept. 14, 1951. They raised their family together in Michigan, lived in Scott County, Tenn. for several years, and retired to Nevada just west of Las Vegas in Dec., 2015. Pauline was a faithful member of the chuch community at Inspirations Senior Living Center, where she delighted in the Study of God's Word. Pauline graced the lives of her husband of 67 years, four children, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She skillfully and lovingly made a comfortable home for them, while demonstrating community involvement, spirituality, generosity, creative expression and athletic participation. Pauline is reunited in Heaven with her dear son, Paul Marcum; her parents; and five siblings. Pauline is survived by her devoted husband, Edwin Marcum. Her family meant the world to her, and she will also be mourned by daughters, Ruth Tavalire and Faye (Joseph) Burdzinski; son, Donald (Raylene) Marcum; grandchildren, Aaron (Anne) Tavalire, Hannah Tavalire, Jeff (Amy) Marcum, Jon Marcum, Jamie Marcum, Michael Stoll, Shelby Stoll, Jeff Burdzinski and Gabrielle Burdzinski; great-grandchildren Abigail, Emily and Olivia Marcum, and Jaden and Ava Dionne. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Sept. 9 at 3:00 p.m. PDT at Inspirations Senior Living Center in Pahrump. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pauline's name to .
