WARREN M. WITTHOEFT Warren M. Witthoeft passed away peacefully in Nevada September 10, 2019 after a year-long battle with cancer. He was born in Chicago, Ill. August 7, 1949 and moved to Pahrump in 1999 after a 22-year career as a Chicago Police officer, finding work in Pahrump as a security officer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy including Vietnam service and was a 50-year volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America, receiving both the Silver Beaver and Vigil Honor awards. He is survived by one brother Paul (Mary) Witthoeft of Dallas, Texas, and five nieces and nephews in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida and California. He was preceded in death by his wife, ALEXANDRIA F. WITTHOEFT (nee Revers), born in Chicago, Ill. November 16, 1945, who had passed away on May 17, 2019. They had no children. She was also survived by sons and daughters in Illinois, Wisconsin, California, and Richard Spotz of Pahrump. Per their wishes, no services were held; however donations to the Pahrump V.F.W. Post 10054 or the Boy Scouts of America will be appreciated.
