RANDALL DAIL PHELPS Randall Dail Phelps passed away December 7, 2020. He was born March 29, 1944 and lived to be 76 years young. He was a very loving father to his son and daughter. He had five granddaughters, two grandsons, two great-granddaughters, and four great-grandsons. Storytelling was one of his favorite things to do, and he had many to tell. Being a single parent, he sacrificed so much for his children. He was the kind of father who would do things such as build forts or make a bike with his kids. Randall was also a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Navy and a retired businessman. He was one of the first kids to go to WMCA camp in Las Vegas in 1949. His greatest legacy will be the sacrifice and love he showed to his family. They are blessed to have had him in their lives and he will forever be in their hearts. They hope to make him proud.
